The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ application is non-payment of difference of arrears of salary in the revised pay scale for the period 01.01.2006 to December, 2015 including D.A., H.R.A. and Medical allowance on account of his promotion to the post of Associate Professor. Considering the aforesaid, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the University to calculate the
Patna High Court CWJC No.22369 of 2018(2) dt.27-02-2020 2/2 entitlement of the petitioner for grant of difference of arrears in revised pay scale including D.A., H.R.A. and Medical allowance and ensure payment thereof.
Necessary decision in this regard may be taken by the respondent University at the earliest preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
