The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is not named in the written report. There is no recovery of any incriminating article from possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has been remanded in the instant case from Motipur P.S. Case No. 956/2018. Name of this petitioner has come in the confessional statement of Raja Kumar. Petitioner is in custody since 15.12.2018. Counsel for the petitioner further submits that similarly situated co-accused has already been granted bail by co-ordinate Bench of the Court vide order dated 21.06.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 37955 of 2019.
