2. This is the second attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Arwal P.S. Case No. 571 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363/365/364/302/201/376/120(B)/420 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner has been rejected vide order dated 21.03.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 2972 of 2024.

4. The petitioner has taken a huge amount of money from the parents of the deceased girl before getting a job and

5. The petitioner is in jail since 28.05.2023.

6. From Annexure-P-3of the petition, it appears that on the date of occurrence, the petitioner was undergoing military training in Secunderabad, Telangana.

7. Considering Annexure-P-3 of the petition and the period of custody, this application is allowed.

8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Jehanabad in connection with Arwal P.S. Case No. 571 of 2022.
