Petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Anti P.S. Case No. 58 of 2019 for the offence under sections 341, 323, 379, 504, 354, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Learned counsel submits that petitioner is a student aged about 19 years. He submits that due to village politics he has been roped in the instant case.
Learned counsel submits that if the petitioner is not granted privilege of bail, his career will be ruined. Considering the age of the petitioner and the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the court is inclined to
