02-05-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 12 of 2023, registered for offence under Sections 363, 365, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, this petitioner alongwith other accused persons abducted the son of informant for ransom. During course of investigation, the victim, in his statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., has supported the prosecution case and has stated that it was this petitioner, who made call for ransom, from the mobile phone of the victim. This petitioner has got seven criminal antecedent, including one case of similar nature.
