2. Report from the Senior Superintendent of Police, Bhagalpur has not been received.

3. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with S.T. No. 307/2024 in connection with Ishakchak P.S. Case No. 250 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 364, 120B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and other co-accused are said to have thrown the deceased from the train because they were drunk and they took out money from the pocket of the deceased due to which the dispute arose and the deceased was thrown out of the train.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the trial has started and the petitioner is in jail since 19.02.2024.

6. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

7. Considering the heinous crime and the fact that the trial has started, this application for regular bail is dismissed.

8. The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same at the earliest.
