2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Belhar P.S. Case No. 83 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 111, 140(2), 127(2), 127(6), 3(5) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, the father in law of the informant was kidnapped by the unknown persons. Subsequently, the informant was informed about the incident by one Dablu Yadav.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 21.08.2025.

5. During investigation, the name of the petitioner has surfaced in the investigation and the said Dablu Yadav has taken the name of the petitioner. The petitioner has also confessed his guilt and the bail application of the co-accused namely Vinod

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.690 of 2026(4) dt.12-05-2026 2/2 Kumar Hembram has been rejected by this Court vide order dated 3.9.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No 42550 of 2025.

6. In the facts of the case, when materials have come against the petitioner that he has participated in the alleged offence of kidnapping, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
