2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Govindganj P.S. Case No. 184 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2),
2/4 191(3), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 118(2), 117(2), 109, 324(4), 352, 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

While the informant was at his door and he came to know that co-accused Azajul Hussain was engaged in breaking the wall of his boundary, he rushed there and objected to the same, whereupon 15 named accused persons, including the petitioners, variously armed with Lathi, Iron rod, Farsa and knife came there and brutally assaulted the informant and others, due to which they sustained serious injuries.

Learned Advocate for the petitioners taking this Court through the F.I.R. contended that there is no specific accusation against the petitioners, who are none else but the family members of the main accused and they have been made accused only in order to put pressure and wreak vengeance. Moreover, specific allegation has been levelled against the coaccused persons, namely, Hasmuddin Ansari, Eklaku Rahman @ Sonu and Tahid Ansari @ Raja Babu, who have specifically assaulted the informant and others. It is further contended that moreover the alleged occurrence took place on 18.07.2025, but the present F.I.R. came to be instituted on 20.07.2025 and, as such, deliberation and false implication of the petitioners cannot be ruled out. The petitioners are women,
3/4 having fair antecedent, and they undertake that they will fully cooperate in the proceedings of the court.

On the other hand, learned APP for the State and the informant vehemently opposed the bail application and submitted that because of the active participation of the petitioners with other accused persons, three of the persons have sustained grievous injury and, as such, the complicity of the petitioners cannot be ruled out.

Regard being had to the submissions made on behalf of the parties and considering the nature of accusation against the petitioners, coupled with the fact that the petitioners are women, having fair antecedent and the specific accusation have been levelled against the other accused persons, let the petitioners, named above, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Govindganj P.S. Case No. 184 of 2025, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 482 (2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita,
