The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Laukaha P.S.case No.19/18 (G.r.No.100 of 2018) registered for offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the FIR some miscreants have snatched motorcycle of the informant and later on name of the petitioner transpired on the confessional statement of the co-accused and apart from that he is accused in five other cases of similar nature.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that except the confessional statement there is nothing against the petitioner and he is in custody for more than one year. Charge sheet has already been submitted.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and

No.78115 of 2019(2) dt.13-01-2020 2/2 circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sri Shailendra Kumar, J.M. Ist class, Jhanjharpur, District Madhubani in connection with Laukaha P.S.Case No.19 of 2018 (G.R.No.100 of 2018) with condition that he has to appear before the Police Station of his local area in the first week of each month for a period of nine months or till the trial is concluded whichever is earlier so that the police may watch his conduct.

Let a copy of this order be communicated to the S.P., Madhubani for the needful and further condition that he has appear before the trial court as and when required, otherwise his bail bond shall be cancelled..

With the above direction, this application is allowed.
