====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE A. ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 04-08-2025 Without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of at the stage of Admission with the consent of the both the parties.

2. The petitioner is directed to give a suitable representation along with the requisite documents ventilating his grievance within a period of four weeks from today. On receipt of the same, the concerned authority i.e. Respondent No. 4 shall consider the representation and pass necessary orders for payment of the amount due to the petitioner. In case the claim of

Patna High Court CWJC No.54 of 2025(4) dt.04-08-2025 2/2 the petitioner is found to be due, the authority shall endeavour to make the payment as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of the representation. In case the authority is of the view that the claim of the petitioner does not merit any consideration, he shall pass a reasoned order giving reasons for such rejection. It is needless to mention that before passing any order, the petitioner shall be granted an opportunity of hearing. Any order passed shall be communicated to the parties.

3. With the above directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
