This is the second attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Mahindwara P.S. Case no.71 of 2023, registered u/s 341, 323, 302, 504/34 of the IPC.

Vide order dated 17.10.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.62477 of 2023, the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner was rejected on merit.

Under the aforesaid circumstances and in view of the recent decision of the Supreme Court in the case of G.R. Ananda Babu vs. State of Tamil Nadu and Another, reported in 2021 SCC OnLine SC 176, this second anticipatory bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1422 of 2024(2) dt.07-02-2024 2/2 application is not maintainable.

This application is accordingly, dismissed.
