2. The present application has been preferred for the following relief(s):

for restoration of CWJC case no.

8527 of 2016, which has been dismissed for non-filing of requisites by the Learned

Patna High Court MJC No.4358 of 2024(3) dt.28-11-2025 2/2 Counsel for the petitioner for issuance of notice on Respondent no. 6 vide order dated 30.09.2024 passed by this Court.

3. For the reasons assigned in Paragraph nos. 3 and 4 of the petition, the MJC No. 4358 is allowed subject to payment of Rs. 500 to Patna High Court Legal Services Committee which in turn will go to Supreme Court Vidhik Anuvaad Software (SUVAS) Cell.

4. Accordingly, the CWJC No. 8527 of 2016 is restored to its original file.
