1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(a) For issuance of appropriate writ for withholding all the benefits being given to the dependents of late Jay Shankar Singh, who has got employment in the life insurance corporation on the basis of forged documents, in a clandestine manner i.e by suppressing higher educational qualification and providing forged date of birth

Patna High Court CWJC No.14 of 2025(2) dt.08-01-2025 2/2 certificate from a school by way of 8th class pass certificate.

(b) For further directing the respondent authorities not to disburse any benefit without following the procedure prescribed under the law in order to save the loss of public money.

(c) For directing the respondents to take disciplinary action against the officials, whose contributory negligence/lack of supervision has facilitated the perpetration of fraud for so many years.

(d) For further directing the respondent no.3 i.e. the competent authority to issue instruction /guidelines regarding the reporting of incidents of fraud to higher authorities and law enforcement agencies or in the alternative to direct the respondent no.2 to dispose of the representation of the petitioner by a reasoned and a speaking order within a fixed time frame."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondents for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The writ petition stands disposed off.
