2. The petitioner is in custody since 25.01.2022 in connection with Kadamkuan P.S. Case No. 37 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of committing daylight dacoity in a jewellery shop situated in the heart of Patna.

4. Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected on 16.05.2023 vide Cr. Misc. No. 6923 of 2023.

4. Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that nothing incriminating has been recovered

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.727 of 2024(2) dt.12-01-2024 2/2 from the possession of the petitioner.

5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this bail application is again dismissed.
