2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sidhwaliya P.S. Case No. 123 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 447, 427, 341, 323, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, two persons have been brutally assaulted by the accused persons including the petitioner.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 30.04.2024.

5. Considering the facts of the case and also considering the period of custody, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. District Judge-V, Gopalganj in connection with S. Tr. No. 471 of 2024 arising out of Sidhwaliya P.S. Case No. 123 of 2024.
