The petitioner is in custody in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 24 of 2019 for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that except for criminal antecedents, there is no material against the petitioner in the present case.
It is alleged that the petitioner was involved in snatching mobile, diary and the motorcycle of the informant. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was not named in the FIR and his name has surfaced on the confessional statement of the coaccused. Petitioner is in custody since 20.07.2019.

The petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing his personal bond to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M., 1st Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 24 of 2019, due to the circumstance of total lockdown on account of the pandemic of COVID-2019.
