In this case, the petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Suryapura P.S. Case No. 134 of 2019 registered for offences under sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 354, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per allegation, the Informant Lalmuni Kuer was sitting on the road, in the meantime, one Praveen Kumar came there and flashed torch light on her face. When she objected, he returned to his house but, after some time, again the accused

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the story is otherwise. He submits that both the parties are agnates and the dispute has occurred for easing by the side of Ravidas Temple which led to assault from both sides. The petitioners' side have also assaulted brutally and for that another case, Suryapura P.S. Case No. 133 of 2019 has been instituted for offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 379, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
There is a case and counter case from both sides and the injuries are not very serious from the side of the Informant.
Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Suryapura P.S. Case No. 134 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. as also subject to condition that whenever the police will call the petitioners for
