1. Heard the parties.

2. The petitioners by way of this writ petition prays that respondents be directed to conclude the selection process initiated by them.

3. While, learned counsel appearing for respondents said that the letters have already been issued to the concerned employment units to conclude the selection process. The same is subject to the various aspects which each and every employment units is required to observe.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has an apprehension that the qualification, which he acquired in the year 2013 would expire after a period of 7 years, for the purpose of consideration. However, the respondents has placed on record the order dated 28st March, 2019, wherein it has been clarified that the qualification acquired of S.T.E.T. shall continue to hold recognition for any selection which may be made by the State Goverment.

5. Keeping in view thereto, no directions are required to be issued for the purpose of selection process.

6. The writ petition stands disposed of in view of the stand taken by the respondents.
