The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Hajipur Nagar PS case no. 383 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 324, 307, 498(A) of Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is regarding the petitioner having assaulted his wife with knife.

In the present case, the informant i.e. the wife of the petitioner has appeared in person along with the advocate who has filed vakalatnama on behalf of the informant. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has been patched up and the informant does not have any objection at the moment, if bail is granted to the

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case as also the submission made by the informant, appearing in person as also to her advocate, I deem it fit and proper to enlarge the petitioner on regular bail. Accordingly, the abovenamed petitioner is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Hena Mustafa-1st class, Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Nagar PS case no. 383 of 2018.
