Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272,273,34 of IPC and Section 30(A) of Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016. Submission is that petitioner was not apprehended at the place of recovery of liquor, rather his name surfaced as the person who had fled away from there. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/-(Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Kathaiya P.S. Case No.165/2019, subject to the condition

Patna High Court CR. MISC.
