Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Alauli P.S.Case No.70 of 2019 (GR No.590 of 2019) , registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 448, 380, 307, 507 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
As appears from the FIR that there is general allegation against the petitioner and other accused persons though there is allegation of firing by one Pushpak Kumar but the FIR itself shows that no body received injuries.
Heard learned A.P.P. also.

No.79405 of 2019(2) dt.20-01-2020 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Khagaria in connection with Alauli P.S.casae No.70 of 2019 G.R.
