The petitioners seek bail in connection with Amarpur (Fulidumar) P.S. Case No.503 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The dead body of the deceased was found by the informant and thereafter the informant has named this petitioner and other accused persons. The informant has suspected that the petitioner and other accused persons have killed the deceased.

Similarly situated accused persons namely, Pappu Rai, Niraj Kumar Rai and Chunchun Rai have moved this Court for anticipatory bail in Criminal Miscellaneous No.72925 of 2023 and this Court vide order dated 09.11.2023 granted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2964 of 2024(3) dt.09-04-2024 2/2 anticipatory bail to them. The case of the petitioner is similar to the case of the aforesaid accused persons.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka, in connection with Amarpur (Fulidumar) P.S. Case No.503 of 2023.
