Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 420, 467 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has no concern with the seized motorcycle. Petitioner is in custody since 26.07.2019.
