The case was taken up on 09.01.2026, when two weeks time was sought by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners for removing the defects, thereafter again the case was taken up on 06.02.2026, when the learned counsel for the petitioner had sought two weeks' further time by way of last indulgence for removing the defects as pointed out by the office, today when the case is called, no one appears on behalf of the petitioners not the defects as pointed out by the office have been removed despite time being granted.

2. It appears that the petitioners have lost interest in the case.

3. The case is dismissed for non-prosecution.
