The petitioner, who is the mother-in-law of deceased and is in custody since 13.11.2019, seeks bail in connection with Muffasil P. S. Case No. 18 of 2019 dated 10.01.2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 498(A), 304 (B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

From the perusal of the F.I.R., it appears that vague and general allegation has been levelled against all the accused persons including the petitioner.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.78274 of 2019(2) dt.09-12-2019 2/2 Considering this aspect of the matter, the father-in-law, sister-in-law and brother-in-law of the deceased have been granted bail by different Benches of this Court, copies of which orders have been annexed with this bail petition.

Considering the afore-stated facts, the period of custody and the gender of the petitioner, this petition is allowed. The petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on her furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Muffasil P. S. Case No. 18 of 2019.
