2. This application, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, has been filed on behalf of the petitioner to quash the order dated 22.10.2019 passed in Sessions Trial No. 308 of 2016 arising out of Laherisarai P.S. Case No. 148 of 2015, whereby the learned Presiding Officer, Fast Track Court No.1, Darbhanga, rejected the application of the petitioner filed under Section 227 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for discharge.

3. On going through the record, I find no illegality in the impugned order amounting to abuse of the process of the court for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.78211 of 2019 dt.09-01-2020 2/2 interference in inherent jurisdiction under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
