2. The petitioners have prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 80(2) and 3(5) of the BNS.

3. The case of the prosecution is that on 30.06.2025, the informant received an information from petitioner no.1 that his daughter has committed suicide. After some time, informant went to the matrimonial house of his daughter where he found that the petitioners and others were in readiness to send the body for post-mortem.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.83875 of 2025(2) dt.11-12-2025 2/2 deceased. The nature of allegation is general and omnibus. It has also been submitted that the petitioners are separate in mess and residence from the deceased and her husband. Learned counsel for the petitioners has further submitted that the petitioners are languishing in judicial custody since 30.06.2025.

5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer of bail to the petitioners.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. The above named petitioners are directed to be released on bail in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No. 311 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each of them with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Jamui.
