JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 10-12-2019 The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent no. 4 to consider his claim with respect to payment which is due to him for the expenses incurred by him on carriage of sand from the state of Jharkhand.

It has been submitted that the work allotted to the petitioner was completed in all respects without any complaint but still the payment for the same has not been

Hence the present writ petition.

In such an eventuality, this Court directs that in case the petitioner makes a fresh representation with regard to his claim before the respondent no. 4 within a period of three weeks, the same shall be disposed of by the concerned respondent and a reasoned order shall be passed within a further period of six weeks thereafter. If the claim of the petitioner is found to be tenable, necessary orders shall be passed for making payment of the dues of the petitioner.

With the aforesaid direction/observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
