The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Pureni P.S.case No.169 of 2019 Excise No.1018 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 .

Allegation against the petitioner is about recovery of 36 ltrs. of Mahua liquor from the cycle of the petitioner. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has been falsely implicated in this case, having no criminal antecedent and he is in custody for about four months. Charge sheet has already been submitted.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and

No.85322 of 2019(2) dt.06-01-2020 2/2 circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Sessions Judge 2nd cum Special Judge, Excise Act, Madhepura in connection with Pureni P.S.Case No.169 of 2019 , Excise Cae No.1018 of 2019, with condition to co-operate in disposal of the trial. With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
