The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 420, 471 and 422 of the Indian Penal Code.

Submission is that petitioner had already left the referred branch of the Bank for joining to some other branch in the month of July 2015 and the allegation of withdrawal of money from the account of the informant is in the year 2016. Considering the aforesaid facts of this case as well as the fact that co-accused Arun Kumar has already been allowed provisional anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.79158 of 2019(2) dt.18-12-2019 2/2 vide Annexure-2, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-VI, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Giriyak (Katrisarai) P.S.Case No.350 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. as well as condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
