2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Agiaon (Garhani) P.S. Case No. 71 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304B/201/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is the husband of the deceased. He is alleged to have killed the deceased. The police has not been able to find the exact place of cremation. The petitioner is in jail since 21.06.2023.

4. Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner has argued that the deceased was cremated in presence of her parents. There is no mention of the cremation ground either in the case diary or in the bail petition.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11127 of 2024(3) dt.18-04-2024 2/2 and the allegations leveled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to this petitioner. It is accordingly dismissed.
