Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Bisphi (Patauna) P.S.Case No.129 of 2018 bearing G.R.No.443 of 2018 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 332, 333, 353, 109, 114, 117, 427, 435, 379, 504, 506 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 of the Damage of Public Property Act. As per FIR, one person was arrested on suspicion of child lifter and there is allegation that several persons assaulted him causing injury to him. Petitioners are also named in the FIR. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.80275 of 2019(2) dt.09-12-2019 2/2 that they are ladies and no specific allegation has been attributed and considering the same, some of the accused persons have been granted privilege of anticipatory bail, vide order dated 6.3.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.13822 of 2019. Heard learned A.P.P. also.
Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM, Benipatti, Madhubani in connection with Bisphi (O.P. Patauna) P.S.Case No.129 of 2018 bearing G.R.No.443 of 2018, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
