2. Therefore, the concerned respondent is hereby directed to deposit a sum of Rs. 1 Lakh in the registry within a

Patna High Court C. REV. No.512 of 2018(7) dt.30-08-2023 2/2 period of two weeks. Thereafter, the petitioner Nos. 2 & 3 shall move requisite application to this Court to disburse the aforementioned amount in their favour.

3. Registry is requested to deposit the aforementioned amount in a fixed deposit account of Nationalised Bank, so interest may be earned on the deposit.

4. Accordingly, present Civil Review petition stands disposed of.
