Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered under sections 376D, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. The present first information report has been lodged after one year of the alleged occurrence without there being any plausible explanation for the delay. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
