2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 304B/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is a case of dowry death.

4. Petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased. There is general and omnibus allegation against them. They are separate in mess and business. Thrust of allegation is against husband of the deceased who is already in custody since 19.1.2024, which fact is not controverted by learned counsel for the informant.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let these petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate VI, Nawada in Hisua Police Station Case No. 517 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
