The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Makhdumpur P.S. Case No. 218 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a/26 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is recovery of two country mad pistol and a rifle from the house of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the house belongs to a joint family property. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and petitioner is in jail custody since 30.08.2019.
