2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Town P. S. Case No. 734 of 2025 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 121, 122, 103(1), 61(2), 121(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. As per prosecution case, all the F.I.R. named accused persons assaulted the son of informant with knife, lathi as a result of which, he died during course of treatment.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that specific accusation of assault is against other co-accused persons and this petitioner is only alleged to have caught hold of the son of informant along with Anmol Sahu and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.83650 of 2025(2) dt.02-12-2025 2/2 Ravi Kumar. There is no allegation of assault against this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 08.08.2025.
5. However, learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.
6. Considering the nature of accusation and period of custody, this bail application is allowed. The petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Town P. S. Case No. 734 of 2025 (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
