2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar Excise Act.
3. As per prosecution case, 155.625 liters illicit liquor has been recovered from the house of co-accused Chandeshwari Yadav.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to suspicion. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has no concern with the alleged recovery nor with the place of occurrence. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for bail.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of eight weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000 (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Judge (Excise)-I, Saharsa, in connection with Sonbarsa Raj P.S. Case No. 163 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
