====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 04-12-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in Jurawanpur P.S. Case No. 62 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

It is alleged in the written report that police got information that in village Raghopur situated at Kurthaghat, accused persons are preparing illicit country made liquor and selling the same in huge scale. Police went to the aforesaid place and found 10-15 persons engaged in manufacturing of illegal wine. On seeing the police party, they managed to run away by another boat. It is further alleged that 260 liters of illegal country made liquor has been recovered from the boat.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.71982 of 2018(2) dt.04-12-2018 2/2 Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the written report. There is no recovery from conscious possession of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned IInd Additional Sessionsd Judge, Hajipur, Vaishali, in connection with Jurawanpur P.S.
