Learned counsel submits that against the order of punishment notified on 21.11.2012, the petitioner preferred a Review under Rule 24 (2) of the Bihar Government Servants (Classification, Control & Appeal) Rules, 2005. The application (Memorial) of the petitioner is Annexure 9 dated 19.07.2019. Prayer is that the same may be considered and disposed of. In view of the limited prayer, no adjudication is called for and pendency of the instant writ proceedings would be
