2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 87, 143, 98, 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 5, 6 of the Prevention of Immoral Trafficking Act.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that from perusal of F.I.R. itself, it appears that only suspicion has been raised against this petitioner. During investigation, the victim was recovered and her statement was recorded under Sections 180 and 183 of B.N.S.S., in which, she has not levelled any allegation against this petitioner. Even, she has not named this petitioner in her statements. Petitioner is lady and claims clean antecedent.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Piprakothi P.S. Case No. 187 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
