The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ application is non-payment of arrears of salary for the period 02.03.2015 to February, 2017.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after February, 2017, the petitioner is regularly getting salary. The Magadh University was bifurcated on

Patna High Court CWJC No.22534 of 2018(2) dt.24-02-2020 2/2 28.03.2018. The arrears of salary is due for the period 02.03.2015 to February, 2017, when the college, in question, was in the territorial jurisdiction of the Magadh University. Considering the aforesaid, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file exhaustive representation along with a copy of this order addressed to the Finance Officer, Magadh University and on receipt of such representation the Finance Officer, Magadh University will examine the record and take appropriate decision with regard to payment of salary for the aforesaid period at the earliest preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
