Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399,402 of the IPC, Section 37(B)(C) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act and Section 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.
Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioners and the statement of the petitioners on oath that they have got no criminal antecedent.
Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/-(Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.79155 of 2019(2) dt.04-12-2019 2/2 learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Maker P.S. Case No.167 of 2019, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
