1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this is an application for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no. 5 and 6 to reinstate the petitioner in the service with all consequential benefits attached to the post as the petitioner has been removed without adhering the principle of natural Justice and fair play and and/or for issuance of such other order or direction

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
