The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 364 of 2019 registered for the offense punishable under Sections 30/30(a)/38/41 and 37(C) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the recoveries were from the bag which was found thrown, but the same said recoveries were not from the conscious possession of the petitioner. It is further submitted that there is no criminal antecedents.

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing
