2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Barbigha P.S. Case No. 96 of 2004 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, one Surendra Singh was killed by the named accused persons including the petitioner.

4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that similarly situated co-accused namely, Mantu Kumar and Chhote Ram have been granted bail by this Court. He further submits that it is case of accidental death but case for murder has been registered.

5. The petitioner is in custody since 09.04.2025.

6. Considering the grant of bail to the co-accused, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Session Judge-II, Sheikhpura/ concerned Court in connection with Barbigha P.S. Case No. 96 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner will co-operate in the trial.
