2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Complaint Case No. 1190 (C) of 2016.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and the allegations in the complaint are denied. The complaint petition has been filed after delay of two days for the alleged occurrence of 18.09.2016. After filing of the present complaint, the wife of the petitioner has also filed Complaint Case No. 1236 (C) of 2016 with similar allegation against the complainant's husband. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.
4. Learned counsel for the complainant appears and opposes the anticipatory bail petition, submitting that there is direct accusation against the petitioner of having committed rape upon the complainant.

5. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed. BT/- (Vikash Jain, J) U T
