It has been alleged at the end of the informant, a police official, that one Victa was being towed, during course thereof was intercepted and then, Royal Stage Blended Whiskey 45 bottles (each containing 750 ml.), Officer's choice prestige Whiskey 330 bottles (each containing 180 ml.), King Fisher Extra Strong, Premier Beer 76 Cane (each containing 500 mls.) have been seized. It is further evident that the occupant thereof managed to succeed while, the driver of the Scorpio was apprehended. The petitioner happens to be the said person. From para-3 it is evident that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and is under custody since 24.10.2019. Accordingly, the petitioner, Md. Hasib @ Md.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.78147 of 2019(2) dt.02-12-2019 2/2 Hashim, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 2nd Addl. Sessions Judge cum Special Judge (Excise), Purnea in connection with Sadar Mufassil P.S.Case No. 545/2019.
