JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 16-01-2019 This application is for modification in the main petition of Cr. Misc. No.50399 of 2018 (anticipatory bail matter), in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No.269 of 2017, as well as in the order dated 04.10.2018 passed in the aforesaid criminal miscellaneous to the extent that name of the district in the address column of the petitioner has wrongly been typed as Muzaffarpur which should be Vaishali.

The mistake is typographical one. Hence, prayer for correction is allowed. Corrected order be communicated to the Court-below at once. Time for furnishing bail-bond is extended for further four weeks.
