2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sheikhpura (Kusumbha OP) P. S. Case No. 660/2023 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)/26 of Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, one loaded country made pistol has been recovered from the house of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he is no way connected with the aforesaid recovery. Charge-sheet has already been submitted in this case. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the bail application.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura in connection with Sheikhpura (Kusumbha OP) P. S. Case No. 660/2023.
